• Coffee Farming - Earth
  Our gourmet coffee starts out in small farming villages with farmers full of passion and desire to grow the best. Because we purchase only Fair Trade coffee beans the coffee farmers earn almost four times as much revenue per pound as the other laborers on plantations. Through our Fair Trade connections, we insure that the farmers get the income, not the middleman. Through Fair Trade, farmers are able to improve their farming techniques and their lives.

• Shipped
  When the container of beans arrives in the United States, they travel from Boston, Massachusetts directly to our micro-roaster. Here they are delicately handled, blended and roasted in small batches to insure a unmatched quality.

• Roasted
  To insure maximum quality, flavor and freshness our coffee is roasted in small batches. Small batches are the key to keeping inventory as fresh as possible. GBCC always fresh, always Kosher, always gourmet.

• Bagged
  In Less than two hours after roasting, our coffee is bagged and sealed ready for delivery to your door. Our nitrogen filled foil bags will last for weeks on the shelf but we know how important fresh coffee is to taste so we control inventory and rotate our stock so you never get old coffee.

• Ordered
  When a bag of our coffee is ordered either on the Web, by Phone or from our Coffee Club, it is shipped out within one business day, ensuring freshness. We deliver perhaps the freshest commercial coffee available.

• Freshness
  No more than 24 hours after ordering our coffee, is it packed and shipped to you. Perhaps the freshest commercial coffee available.
